* 1 packet vanilla whipped cream powder
* 1 tablespoon butter

For the Cherry Sauce:

* 200 g pitted cherries
* 5 tablespoons sugar
* 1–2 tablespoons cornstarch
* 120 ml water

Additional:

* 1–2 tablespoons ground biscuits (Plazma biscuits or similar) for each glass

Instructions

1. Divide the ground biscuits evenly into the bottom of each dessert glass.

2. In a medium saucepan, add the sugar, flour, cornstarch and milk. Whisk thoroughly until the mixture becomes completely smooth and free of lumps.

3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the cream thickens into a smooth pudding consistency.

4. While the cream is still hot, add the butter, vanilla sugar and vanilla whipped cream powder. Mix with a hand mixer until the texture becomes light, creamy and velvety.

9. Refrigerate the desserts for 3–4 hours before serving for the best flavor and texture.

Serving Suggestion

Serve chilled for a refreshing summer dessert experience. For an even richer presentation, garnish with chocolate shavings, fresh cherries or crushed biscuits before serving.
