Throughout these months leading up to the start of summer, we notice an increase in variation and nutritious recipes for losing weight that claim effective weight loss. But most of them are not very satisfying and require severe starvation. Lately, Valentina Mashkovic has been sharing healthy recipes on her YouTube channel, with which you will never be hungry, but what is the secret?

It is a well-known fact that a well-nourished, balanced diet is the best way to eat. Fruits, vegetables, dairy products (for those who can tolerate them), seeds, meat, etc. can be prepared in a variety of ways and still be healthy and not fattening.

But what about the desserts? Refined sugar is in almost all desserts and cannot be avoided. Valentina says that this cake does not contain sugar, flour, or fat, and you can afford it when you are on a certain diet to satisfy the need for a snack.

“I recently started practicing this way of eating, and I can say that my body feels healthier. In addition to losing weight, I also have more energy. I also enjoy treats a lot, so I couldn’t resist eating a bar of chocolate.

However, I can say that since I discovered this dish, I have felt incredibly pleased and full. This cake is one of my favorites; however, I have several other nutritious dishes that mostly use oats, like pancakes or nut balls. I consume it guilt-free,“ one reader claims. This is what you require:

Ingredients required: 150 g of oat flakes, 250 ml of warm milk (1 cup), 100 g of raisins, 2-3 bananas (depending on the size of the banana), 2-3 eggs, vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 40–50 g of cocoa, 70 g of nuts, and 50 g of dark chocolate. For the glaze: 100 g of chocolate and 20–30 ml of milk.

Preparation: The milk should be heated just enough for it to steam before being poured over the oat flakes (I used grounded ones). Stir and wait a short time until they swell. The raisins should be soaked in water for 10 to 15 minutes before being added.

Depending on the size, combine two or three eggs in another bowl. Mash a few bananas (three if they are smaller) on the side. Make sure there are no lumps in the mixture by thoroughly combining the eggs and bananas. After that, incorporate a small amount of vanilla essence, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 40–50 g of cocoa. After thoroughly combining all of the ingredients, combine the two mixtures.

Line a baking sheet with dimensions of 26×20 cm or a similar size with baking paper and lightly grease the bottom and the sides. Pour the cake mixture and level well. Sprinkle coarsely chopped walnuts on top and grate 50 g of chocolate. Bake in a heated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

In the meantime, make the glaze by steaming or microwaving the milk and chocolate together. Spread the glaze carefully on top of the cake after it has somewhat cooled. Details can be found HERE.
