When you don’t have time and you need to make something very tasty, decorative, and still homemade, then this is the right recipe for you. It is prepared with only a few ingredients. This recipe does not contain added sugar, the cupcakes are sweetened with honey, maple syrup, or another natural sweetener.
When you are craving something sweet and delicious, you can make these 10-minute chocolate cookies that you can eat without guilt while on a healthy diet. This is what you require:
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED: 350 g of grounded biscuits of your choice (we used plasma) (~ 3 cups), 200 ml of milk (1 regular cup), 90 g of butter ( ~ 1/2 cup), 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder (it is best to use better quality, organic, as it tastes better), and 50 g of dark chocolate (also of your choice).
PREPARATION: Put 200 ml of milk and 90 g of butter in a pot, then put it on a moderate heat until it melts. Stir occasionally with a spatula until the butter is completely melted, then set the pot aside and let it cool.
Crush the biscuits into smaller pieces and put them in a blender or “chopper”, then grind them finely in several turns. Pour them into a large bowl and add 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Stir well to even out the ingredients.
In the mixture of ground cupcakes and cocoa, add the milk with the melted butter, then mix with a spatula, but you can also knead the mixture by hand. The cupcakes should evenly distribute and absorb the liquid.
Then spread the mixture on a piece of baking paper on the work surface, and then make a rectangle shape (or, if you prefer, a semicircular shape) using your hands. Press well with your hands to make the piece compact.
Wrap it well in the paper, then leave it in the fridge for 2–3 hours to firm up and cool down. Then take it out, unwrap it from the paper, and place it on a cutting board.
Cut thin or thick slices according to your preference. After cooling, the cake is much more compact and can be cut more nicely into smaller pieces. Melt the chocolate, then dip each piece halfway into the chocolate and let it harden. Then your cakes are ready. The preparation details can be found HERE.
