It is such a moist, mouthwatering cake that words are insufficient to describe it, you have to try it. The cake is made of chocolate, orange, and walnuts and has no flour. A perfect combo! Apart from being very tasty, this cake is prepared very quickly. Here’s what you need:
Ingredients: 3 eggs, 100 g of sugar, 1 cup of milk (100 g), 1 cup of semolina, 1 cup of oil, 100 g of ground cookies, 100 g of ground walnuts, 1 tablespoon of cocoa, 1 packet of baking powder, grated crust from one orange, and 1 packet of vanilla sugar. For the syrup: 200 g of sugar, 200 ml of water, and the juice of 1 orange
Steps: In a deeper bowl, beat the eggs until foamy by gradually adding the sugar. Beat until it melts and the mixture thickens. It is best to first beat the egg whites into stiff snow together with the sugar, and then add the yolks one by one (or all at once).
The dough will be much better and more airy as a result of doing it this way. Then incorporate the milk, semolina, oil, chocolate powder, ground nuts, and biscuits. Then combine the vanilla sugar, orange peel, and baking powder that have been sifted. Use a spoon or spatula to combine.
Mix well until the mixture becomes compact and the ingredients are even. Pour the resulting dough onto a greased tray. You can sprinkle finely chopped walnuts on top if you wish. Put it in a heated oven at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes.
Make the syrup at this time. Place sugar in a pot and cover with water. After 5 minutes, boil for about 5 minutes and add the orange juice. RECIPE II Cake without flour and sugar is a worldwide sensation and an excellent dessert. I got the recipe from South America, and it is incredibly simple to make. It also tastes really good. We all enjoy it at home because it is simple to make and, based on the ingredients, it’s a particularly healthy cake. Here’s what you need:
Ingredients: 4 eggs, 2 oranges, 200 walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, or coconut, ½ teaspoon of baking soda, 100 g of dark chocolate, and 200 ml of neutral cooking cream.
Steps: The oranges should first be dipped in a baking soda solution and left to stand for 30 minutes. After that, cook them for around 30 minutes, or until they get soft. They should be well blended in a food processor оr blender before being combined with the previously ground nuts and eggs.
The finished mixture should be well-smoothed before being poured into a smaller, previously oiled mold and baked for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees in a preheated oven.
Don’t let the neutral cream to boil when you warm it up over medium heat. When the chocolate has melted, pour the boiling liquid cream over the chopped chocolate and mix. Pour onto the completed, cooled cake. Cool in the refrigerator, then serve.
