90 kgs to 53 kgs What I Eat In A Day ? Intermittent Fasting
I have been doing Intermittent Fasting for the past 3 years, and after so many request I started this #getfitwithmercy to motivate my dear insta fam to start IF with me this 2022
Here are my meal ideas
I’m not a certified person please consult your doctor for more info
I start my day with a glass of warm water and keep drinking water or green tea without sugar till I break my fasting.
Since it’s 16:8, we will be eating for 8 hours and fast for 16 hours. In this video I have included all three meals so you can choose your own desired time
BREAKFAST OPTIONS ( choose any 1 )
Brown bread with peanut butter, omelette, 2 boiled eggs, fruits , smoothies
LUNCH OPTIONS
Take brown rice instead of regular white rice.
Eat your regular home cooked curries. Acid fried foods and oily foods.
Take more veggies and small portion of rice.
I used these kind of lunch boxes so I’ll know how much I’m eating.
SNACKS TIME
Coffee / Tea with 2-3 biscuits
DESSERT
Sesame balls , nuts , dates and peanuts
DINNER OPTIONS
If your eating all three meals try to keep your dinner light.
Salads or soups or one piece of chicken bbq
Try to finish your dinner by 7 and have only no calorie drinks after that. Just black tea or coffee without milk or sugar.
I’m content with this diet and once a week I eat from outside. And if we have biriyani at home I make sure to eat my second meal very light such as a bowl of oats or soup
And that said, I workout
4-5 times a week. Even if it’s for 15 mins I try to do it.
Exercise and healthy diet
this was not a easy journey but definitely worth
I’m so happy I chose this lifestyle, it’s made me happier and healthy
